Our solid oak boards were used to great effect in this project. An awkward space next to a chimney breast in a small room has been transformed by the addition of a lovely built-in bookcase with drawers below. With shelves going right to the ceiling, it creates a huge amount of storage space. Use of oak quadrant cleverly disguises the fact that all the timbers used in the project are 20mm boards. Finished with Osmo Top Oil in Natural, it perfectly compliments the oak flooring which has been finished with Osmo Polyx-Oil in Terra. Walls painted in Farrow & Ball’s Inchyra...

Nick & Annabelle wanted somewhere to keep their recipe books in their new kitchen and our solid oak boards were perfect for a bespoke bookcase. Nick made the shelves from 4 boards cutting slots into the uprights to support the shelves. Very simple and attractive. The oak sits beautifully against the Farrow & Ball ‘Light Blue’ Estate Eggshell of the cupboards and ‘Skimming Stone’ Estate Emulsion of the walls and ceiling....

Upcycling a wonderful old table with a beautiful new oak top, Bridport Timber have been helping out a local hotel today. A laminated oak board was perfect to provide the wide board required and with beautiful graining in the oak it’s guaranteed to look fantastic. With our free cutting service getting an exact match was no problem for the customer.
