Our solid oak boards were used to great effect in this project. An awkward space next to a chimney breast in a small room has been transformed by the addition of a lovely built-in bookcase with drawers below. With shelves going right to the ceiling, it creates a huge amount of storage space. Use of oak quadrant cleverly disguises the fact that all the timbers used in the project are 20mm boards.
Finished with Osmo Top Oil in Natural, it perfectly compliments the oak flooring which has been finished with Osmo Polyx-Oil in Terra.
Walls painted in Farrow & Ball’s Inchyra Blue.
